Shipping Policy

We usually process and dispatch orders within 1-2 days and all orders should be delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and Public holidays)

Please Note – All the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment. 

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once your order is placed on the website, your products are checked thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

  • The orders are then packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.

  • India shipping charges - A flat Rs.99 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.500.

  • Free shipping for all orders above Rs.500.

How are items packaged?

We provide sturdy support for packing your orders in bubble wraps, fragile items are taken care of with additional packaging. Your order safety is our priority.

What is the range of locations to which Rs Traders ships its products?

Rs Traders ships throughout India. For our overseas customers, we recommend you order the products at your Indian shipping address and then ask someone from your family to send them over.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: food products, hand made soap

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

REFUND POLICY

Our site has a no-refund policy for returned products, but we do offer exchanges for new items. Our top priority is to provide our customers with the best possible experience, and we dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Product wasn't used or damaged

  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, Once. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

Unfortunately, products that were marked as a Bundle when purchased are not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.

You will be updated on your Return Status through  EMAIL, PHONE, and SMS provided that all contact information was provided.
